APZ

1.Horizontal toggle link structure can offset thermal displacements against each other, greatly reducing the impact on the precision of the bottom dead center, extending mold life, and reducing press noise and vibration.
 
2.High-precision slide rails adopt 8-sided supported needle roller guides. The needle roller guides have high load-bearing capacity and a large pressure-bearing area, making them more capable of withstanding eccentric loads.
 
3.With the link-type slide action mode, the speed near the bottom dead center is smooth and the residence time is long, which alleviates the impact during overshoot.
 
4.For the mutual offset of thermal displacements, the link-type structural design can make thermal expansions offset each other, resulting in minimal fluctuation of the bottom dead center even during long-term operation.
 
5.The fully balanced structure is equipped with counterweight blocks equal in weight to the slide upper die, which can offset inertial forces in all directions and greatly reduce press vibration.
 
6.The variation of the bottom dead center is minimized. It is composed of high-strength toggle pins and toggle links, featuring high rigidity. Meanwhile, high-precision bearings make the repetitive precision of the bottom dead center more superior.
