(hereinafter referred to as "Etone" or the "Company") is a professional large-sized, high-speed and precision forging and pressing equipment manufacturer in China.

Etone's motor core precision press machine series APJ, APH and APZ series, is ranging from 60tons to 560tons, has high market share in the industry. High steel alloy casting frame structure (with the most suitable for the frame designed by computer analysis), processed by the internal stress elimination process, further improving the high rigidity frame which is indispensable for precision, achieving low noise and low vibration, and improving service the life of the die.

In the 1980s, as the spring breeze of reform and opening up swept across the land of China, domestic manufacturing industries sprang up rapidly and grew vigorously. Mr. Hu Chuofu accurately identified market demands and, in 1988, invested to establish the Ningbo Haishu Kehuo Heat Treatment Factory, engaging in heat treatment businesses such as medium-frequency treatment, quenching and tempering, and nitriding for metals. Since then, he has consistently maintained the leading position in the Ningbo heat treatment industry.

In 2008, it was a crucial year for China, a memorable year, and also a significant year for Mr. Hu Ke in his career. During this year, Mr. Hu Ke actively transformed the development concept of the enterprise and established Ningbo Taiyida Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. This meant that the enterprise completed the transformation from the traditional metal processing industry to the cutting and shaping industry. Since that year, Taiyida gradually became an indispensable part of the domestic stamping equipment manufacturing enterprises.
At its inception, Taiyida initially launched general models such as APA and APE. The following year, it successfully developed the APH series models for the motor core industry, making a solid first step in the high-speed precision stamping machine field.

In 2018, after ten years of market exploration, technological research and development, and design upgrades, Ningbo Taiyida Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Xitian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. merged and reorganized to form Zhejiang Yitian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., and completed the shareholding system reform. Hu Tu, the third-generation successor of the enterprise, was appointed as the legal representative.
Since 2018, the output value has continuously reached new highs. The APJ series models developed for the die-casting of the iron core of the drive motor for new energy vehicles have received the evaluation of "domestically leading in product technology level". On June 7, 2023, with the official commissioning of the new production base with a total investment of nearly 200 million yuan, it means that the production and research and development capabilities of Yitian Precision Machinery have reached a new level.
